How KRTechSolutions LLC collects, uses, and protects information from visitors, job applicants, and hiring clients.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
A note on this document: this Privacy Policy was drafted by KRTechSolutions LLC's website development vendor as a best-effort starting point. It is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney, and KRTechSolutions LLC is solely responsible for confirming it meets its actual legal obligations before relying on it. Sections still pending the client's own confirmation are marked below.
1. Who We Are
KRTechSolutions LLC ("KRTechSolutions," "we," "us," or "our") is a North Carolina-based staffing and workforce solutions company connecting organizations with talent across Information Technology, Healthcare Support, Logistics & Transportation, and other specialized workforce staffing. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit this website, submit a general inquiry, or apply to a job listing posted here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us through this site's forms:
- General inquiries (Contact form): first and last name, email address, company/organization (optional), phone number (optional), the subject or role you're asking about, and your message.
- Job applications (Job Application form): full name, email address, phone number, your resume/CV file, LinkedIn or portfolio URL (optional), work authorization status, visa sponsorship needs, and any message you choose to add. The specific job listing you applied to is recorded along with your application.
We also automatically collect limited technical information common to most websites — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through standard web server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools referenced in our Cookie notice below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your inquiry or job application;
- Evaluate your qualifications against open roles, and, with your consent, share your application materials (including your resume) with the hiring organization(s) whose roles you apply to — this is the core function of a staffing service, and is the primary way your information may be shared outside KRTechSolutions LLC;
- Maintain records of our communications with you;
- Improve this website and our services; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How Long We Keep Your Information
Job application data (your submitted information and resume) is retained for approximately 90 days from the date of submission, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems, unless a longer period is needed for an active hiring process you're part of, or a shorter/longer period is required by law. General contact inquiries are retained for reasonable business record-keeping purposes.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address in Section 9 below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe. Submitting a job application or contact inquiry is voluntary, and our forms require your affirmative consent (via a checkbox) before you can submit them.
6. Your State Privacy Rights
Because KRTechSolutions LLC recruits and provides staffing services across the United States rather than in a single state, visitors and applicants may be residents of a state with its own comprehensive consumer privacy law, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and a growing number of other states. Those laws only apply to a business once it meets certain size or data-volume thresholds (for example, the CCPA applies at roughly $26.6 million in annual revenue, or 100,000+ consumers' personal information bought/sold/shared per year, or 50%+ of revenue from selling personal information). Given KRTechSolutions LLC's current size, it does not meet any state's threshold today, so these laws do not currently apply to us as a legal matter. As a matter of good practice, we will still make reasonable efforts to honor requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information — contact us using the details in Section 9 to make such a request.
7. Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies necessary for basic functionality, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You'll see a consent banner the first time you visit; your choice is remembered for future visits. See our cookie banner for more detail, or contact us with questions.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricting direct public access to uploaded resume files and limiting who within our organization can access applicant data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise the rights described above, contact us at admin@krtechsolutionsllc.com.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
